The Owner, Mukesh, is a fourth-generation barber. He began his journey in Kathmandu as his Fathers apprentice  14 years ago. Stepping out on his own he also ran his own shop in Kathmandu for 6 years. In 2017 Mukesh made the move to Australia, working in a barbershop in Bondi Beach, Sydney.  Drawing on his vast experience this international barber opened The Blades Barbershop in mid-2020 to provide Hobart with the best possible barber service.
